Chocolate Chip (Pecan) Pie

(Can use up to 1 cup pecans and 1 tsp vanilla.)

sugar

cup

all-purpose flour

eggs, slightly beaten

½

cup

butter or margarine, melted and cooled

½

cup

pecans, chopped

1

(6 oz.) package semi-sweet chocolate chips

½

tsp

vanilla

(9-inch) pie crust, unbaked

Whipped cream or ice cream for topping

Combine sugar and flour. Add eggs, butter, pecans, chocolate chips and vanilla. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool. (Can use up to 1 cup pecans and 1 tsp vanilla.)

Servings: 8

Yield: 1
